Leaving work I spotted this sunset, captured on my Canon A80 camera. These conditions change rapidly and the best of the light had gone before I was able to get into position to take this photo, but it's quite a pleasing result for a hand held shot.

Leaving work I spotted this sunset, captured on my Canon A80 camera. These conditions change rapidly and the best of the light had gone before I was able to get into position to take this photo, but it's quite a pleasing result for a hand held shot.
Stadium of Light
It is rare to get this combination of circumstances, a mirror flat river at high tide and the dull conditions allowing me to shoot against the light using my Canon A80 point and shoot camera. The Stadium of Light reflected in the river Wear at Sunderland.
